Brief:
Being a small independent outlet meant that our client struggled for presence against nationwide refitting brands. The owner approached us to create a more reassuringly professional image for the outlet and to focus on achieving greater visibility in the local area. A further requirement was to activate low periods.
Solution:
If being an independent garage is a weakness, it is also strength. A dealership standing alone within a community can offer a more personal, meticulous service than the big corporations can honestly deliver. Through a direct mail campaign to targets in the local area, we positioned the dealership as a one-stop shop for all motoring needs: rental, purchase, maintenance and sales, all the time emphasising professionalism and quality of service.
Outcome:
The dealership remains strong and continues to successfully develop new relationships within the local area, meeting targets during low periods with calendar-specific offers and events.
